Revenue generation is a process not an art so I work with Boards, Teams and Individuals to create and then implement strategies and processes that deliver a step change in revenue performance....fast. I am often asked to help with business refocus or turnaround.

I also coach Senior Company Leaders and Partners in Professional Services Firms to create and then execute their business development plans.

I have worked in over 50 different markets/industries which enables me to share best practice and challenge
existing ways of working as the solid foundation of a more effective approach.

This approach enabled Richer Sounds to devise a plan which resulted in them winning Which? Magazine's coveted "Best High St Retailer" award for two years in a row.
