My coaching is targeted at the people who are responsible for the Revenue of the business and want to work out how to drive revenue and profitability harder and faster. This could be the Sales Director, The CEO or the MD.

My coaching is grounded in real world experience as the vast bulk of my career has been in front line sales, not consulting. Having been a Sales Director I have “walked the walk”: been in the boardroom, led the sales team and managed B2B relationships with major companies across all sectors. I have been there when it went well, and when things have gone horribly wrong and radical urgent action
has been required.

I look to “partner” with my clients, working alongside them providing coaching
/mentoring as required as we share responsibility for working out their strategy and tactics in order to drive their business to achieve revenue targets.
